What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven outside sales experience (roofing/construction sales is a plus).
- Technology: Experience with CRM Technology.
- Skills: Knows how to handle negotiations confidently and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Execution: Ability to diligently follow up with leads and maintain and meet monthly sales quotas.
- Work Ethic: A self-motivated, hungry attitude with the willingness to knock on doors and generate business.
- Location: Ability to service the Des Moines, IA market.
