We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for either a part-time (10–15 hours per week) or full-time (up to 40 hours per week) position.
Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience. A sign-on bonus is available after a six-month commitment. For candidates interested in long-term growth, partnership and ownership opportunities may also be available.
Schedule
- Pharmacy hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (every other Saturday with scheduling flexibility)
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
- Flexible scheduling options available based on employment status

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Administer immunizations
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support workflow management
- Perform non-sterile compounding as needed
- Assist with adherence packaging and unit-dose medication programs
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA requirements
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered customer service
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- APhA Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality patient care
- Previous pharmacy management experience is a plus
