Pharmacist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for either a part-time (10–15 hours per week) or full-time (up to 40 hours per week) position.

Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience. A sign-on bonus is available after a six-month commitment. For candidates interested in long-term growth, partnership and ownership opportunities may also be available.

Schedule

• Pharmacy hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (every other Saturday with scheduling flexibility)
• Closed Sundays and major holidays
• Flexible scheduling options available based on employment status

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions
• Administer immunizations
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support workflow management
• Perform non-sterile compounding as needed
• Assist with adherence packaging and unit-dose medication programs
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA requirements
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered customer service

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• APhA Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality patient care
• Previous pharmacy management experience is a plus
