You will ensure the most knowledgeable and passionate people are working to educate our customers and get them the freshest restaurant quality products available. This is an entry-level structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful program completion will result in an interview or placement as a shift leader.

What will I do?
- Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
- Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
- Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team
