Procurement & Accounting Coordinator – Luxury Commercial Design

The Role
We’re looking for a mid-level Procurement & Accounting Coordinator to manage purchasing, vendor relationships, financial processes, and light reception tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to both design operations and accounting, with growth opportunities into project management and procurement leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Handle FF&E procurement: sourcing, purchase orders, tracking, and installation coordination.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure design intent, schedule, and budgets are met.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable: process vendor invoices, track client payments, reconcile budgets.
- Maintain accurate project and financial records.
- Support light reception duties: greet visitors, field calls, and assist the team with administrative needs.
- Build strong vendor relationships and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in procurement, accounting, or office administration; interior design or hospitality experience a plus.
- Comfortable with general accounting: AP, AR, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks, Design Smart, or Design Manager preferred.
- Professional, service-oriented, and passionate about luxury design experiences.
