Responsibilities
- Install products according to specifications and company standards.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively and safely, including ladders and lifts, to ensure proper installation.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installations to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process and seek expert guidance when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in vinyl laying, measuring, and use of power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during installations.
- Must be comfortable working from a ladder or lift.
