Responsibilities
- Assist in project start-up, field engineering, scheduling, quantity take-offs, estimating, design,
- Apply knowledge, skills, and dispositions in a variety of settings including both office and field
- Follows company and work site safety policies/procedures and commits to an “Incident and
Qualifications
- Successful candidates will have completed their sophomore year, preferably their junior year, in
Management; Electrical Engineering; Construction Technology; Mechanical Engineering; or
Coastal Engineering with a GPA of 2.95 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written English language
- Successful candidates will have completed their sophomore year, preferably their junior year, in one of the following majors: Civil Engineering; Civil Engineering Technology; Construction Management; Electrical Engineering; Construction Technology; Mechanical Engineering; or Coastal Engineering with a GPA of 2.95 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written English language
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crawl, stoop and/or sit.
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Ability to navigate around the office to use equipment as needed
- Light lifting (Up to 20 lbs.) as needed
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
