THE POSITION
We are seeking a part-time Patient Relations Specialist. This position requires someone who is warm and friendly and has excellent organizational skills.
Mission
Create a warm and friendly environment for all patients. Assume responsibility over daily office operations so that providers can focus on providing quality care to patients.
Outcomes
- Take responsibility over two core areas:
- Reception: To welcome patients, schedule and calendar appointments, provide patient care services, and explain what services and products we offer.
- Daily Operations: To timely open and close the office, process patient payments, maintain patient files, and manage supply inventory.

Location
Uptown in Albuquerque, NM.
Part-Time
The position is part-time with the following hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Experience
No prior experience required. Reception, social media, or healthcare/veterinary reception experience a plus.
Compensation
$16 Dependent upon experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
