Weeks Drilling & Pump Co. is looking for a highly organized, fast-thinking Dispatcher & Inside Sales who can manage competing priorities, support customers, and keep our service team running efficiently.
This is not a slow desk job; you’ll be making real-time decisions, coordinating technicians, and handling customer needs in a fast-paced environment. If you like staying busy and solving problems, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming service calls and determine urgency
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and location
- Communicate job updates between customers and field staff
- Create work orders, jobs, and estimates
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and service questions
- Support inside sales of pump and water treatment services
- Coordinate well tests with customers, agents, and labs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Dispatching, service coordination, or inside sales experience preferred
- Experience with SAGE 100 Contractor is a plus
