About the Role:
We're looking for two reliable, skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Weekender Management team. You'll handle maintenance and repair work across our short-term rental properties—keeping everything running smoothly for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Handle guest-related maintenance requests quickly and professionally
- Conduct property inspections to identify issues before they become problems
- Maintain tools, supplies, and vehicle organization
- Report completed work in Breezeway (our task management system)
Requirements:
- Proven maintenance or handyman experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Reliable transportation (fuel stipend provided)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation if needed
Compensation & Perks:
- Pay up to $23/hr depending on experience

Schedule Options:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
