What you'll be responsible for:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll support the kitchen and F&B team by ensuring all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth kitchen operation, upholding sanitation standards, and supporting food safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep dish, prep, and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with trash and recycling removal and proper disposal
- Support kitchen team with basic cleaning, restocking, and prep assistance as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Clean floors, mats, walls, and work surfaces as assigned
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
- Support other kitchen stations during peak times when needed
- Other duties as assigned

- Dishes and kitchen equipment are consistently clean, sanitized, and ready for use
- Dish area remains organized, stocked, and compliant with safety standards
- Maintains a steady pace during busy service periods
- Works well with kitchen teammates and follows direction

Qualifications
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety practices in a kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and detail
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during peak season
- Food handler certification preferred but not required
