Join our growing team and support an important mission within the Federal Government.Location: Annapolis Junction MDClearance Required: TS/SCI w/ PolygraphAs a Target Digital Network Analyst, your responsibilities will include:conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leadsEnsure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target informationMaintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysisIdentify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gapsEmploy multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprintsApply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missionsBe part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertiseApply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insightsDistill, document, contextualize and share your findings–including any new tradecraft that you develop–with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumersQualifications:Education: Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.Relevant Experience:Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases).In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.Active TS/SCI with polygraphSpecific labor category determined by years of experience educational degrees.Level Qualifications:Level 12 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR4 years applicable experience with associate degree6 years applicable experience without degreePay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.The pay range for this position is $109,000-$249,000Benefits: https://weeghmanandbriggs.com/summary-of-employee-benefits-2024/Weeghman & Briggs is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
