Talent Acquisitions Partner
About this role:
In this role, you will be supporting end to end recruiting from sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and making hiring decisions within a complete full life cycle recruiting process.
This is a contract position for 4 months
This role is 5 days onsite in Fremont, CA
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Regional Operations business leaders and managers to become a subject matter expert in delivery and logistics hirings
- Lead delivery and logistics hiring through administering job postings and applicant tracking databases, tracking recruiting data, and coordinating the hiring processes
- Work closely with cross functional team to broaden channels for driver hiring; leverage various platforms and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates
- Full cycle recruiting activities from identifying the right talents, interviewing, providing recaps, candidate data collection, and offering
- Serve as the Weee!’s cultural evangelist. Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships
- Meticulously track and maintain up to date and compliant record of candidate pipelines in our ATS (Greenhouse and Fountain)
- Implement and execute recruiting programs to attract top talent
- Report timely recruiting progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of sourcing/full-cycle recruiting experience (1099/IC experience preferred)
- Experience and proficiency in Google Suite, ATS and job posting platforms such as Indeed, handshake, and LinkedIn.
- Professional communication with all candidates considering candidate experience while embracing our culture, values, and vision
- Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative and showcase curiosity, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal to no guidance
- Extremely strong attention to details
- Interested in stretching out to cover wider range recruitment projects
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and/or prior driver recruitment experience is a plus
Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time contract position is $80,000 - $95,000
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
