Weed Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide product and service information to assist customers
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable assisting customers outside of a call center environment
