What You’ll Do
- Work with warm leads—homeowners already considering our services
- Follow up with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Upsell additional programs that deliver even better results
- Assist with renewals, collections, and marketing efforts in the off-season
- Partner with our technicians and office staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,550 – $2,050 per week (Base Commission)
- Uncapped commission—top performers exceed $100K annually

Who We’re Looking For
- Driven closer who thrives on hitting goals and seeing results

- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus—but not required if you bring the right mindset
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time: 50 hours/week in peak season, 40 in off-season
- Monday–Friday (occasional weekends in busy periods)
- In-person role, covering Rockland, Bergen, and Westchester
