Lawn Care Laborer

Weed Man Lawn Care and Mosquito Hero, Mechanicsburg's Local Lawn Care Company is looking for individuals interested in a career in Lawn Care to maintain homeowner's landscapes and turf. As a Lawn & Pest applicator, some of the responsibilities for this outdoor position will be to apply fertilizer, pest control, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service. This is a year round position, during the months of December, January and February, technicians will generate leads in the field to help build route density. Additional bonuses for adding new customers to your route through field sales. Full Training Provided. Advancement opportunities and manager training programs available. Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

• High School Diploma (or GED)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Professional Appearance
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Problem solving skills and proven time management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10) hours per day, general labor and laborer work involved
• Able and willing to work outdoors, perform laborer work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day, Full Time
• Prior lawn care, landscaping experience ok, full training provided
• Customer service experience is beneficial
