Weed Man Lawn Care is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Mechanicsburg office with excellent writing and phone etiquette to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively convey company policies and procedures as well as assist customers with account and service inquiries. Additionally, we are seeking candidates who are reliable, organized and have extensive multi-tasking skills. The perfect candidate for this position will be flexible with scheduling and job duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide amazing customer service via phone, email, and text in response to account, billing, and service inquiries.
- Perform outbound customer support and accounts receivable calls
- Learn to use our computer software systems effectively
- Document correspondence accurately with each customer
- Answer Sales and Technician Team inquiries
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Quick learner – Has the ability to learn new systems, products, and services
- Positive personality – We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed
- Flexibility to work a half-day Saturday once per month March through October
