You’ll be working through a predictive dialer system, reconnecting with current and past customers to renew services, resolve concerns, and upsell based on seasonal lawn needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use a predictive dialer to make outbound calls to current and previous customers.
- Communicate professionally and effectively via phone, email, and text messaging platforms.
- Recommend service renewals or upgrades based on seasonal lawn needs and treatment history.
- Leverage your turf knowledge to answer lawn care questions and provide expert advice.
- Retain customers by resolving concerns and reinforcing the benefits of our services.
- Accurately document interactions, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in our WEEMS software
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- 1 year of customer service or outbound sales experience.
- Turf, lawn care, landscaping, or green industry experience is preferred
- Strong communicator — comfortable and professional via phone, email, and texting platforms.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with excellent listening skills.
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using technology (CRM software, dialers, messaging tools, etc.).
