Position Overview: Inside Sales and Outdoor Marketing
Inside Sales:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain efficient use of time management
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
Position Overview: Outdoor Marketing
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Lead Generator to join our lawn care team. This role is focused on generating new customer leads by engaging homeowners in local neighborhoods, introducing them to our services, and collecting contact information for follow-up. You will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential. The hours will be in the evening from 4-8pm, M-F (times may vary)
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners about lawn care services.
- Introduce the company’s offerings and explain the value of professional lawn care.
- Identify potential customer needs and collect accurate contact information for follow-up.
- Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
- Track leads gathered and report daily activity to the sales team.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and persistence.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
- Must be able to walk door-to-door for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
