As we continue to grow, Weed Man offers various part-time and full-time employment opportunities. We are currently looking for our next great Canvasser to join our successful team. As a sales and marketing professional, you will be working on a team to generate leads for our sales staff. This is done by going door to door in select neighborhoods and offering home owners a free no-obligation service quote and lawn care advice. No selling is required and this is a great way to learn our business and get started with a growing company that promotes from within! Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners (No selling required).
• Canvassing local neighborhoods in service territories.
• Creating positive interactions with potential customers that leave a lasting good impression.
• Maintaining a positive mental attitude throughout the work day, as well as encouraging other coworkers to do the same
• Booking an average of 10 leads a day, or 50 a week.

Knowledge and Skills

Weed Man is looking for outgoing and confident individuals with strong written and oral communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work within a team and a results-oriented environment. Other requirements include reliable transportation to/from work, punctuality, and availability Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 7 pm. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is extremely beneficial but is not required. The main tools you will use are good communication, social skills, and most importantly confidence.
