Weed Man Lawn Care/Mosquito Hero of Cape Cod and Boston SW, a locally owned, professional lawn care and mosquito control company, is seeking a positive, energetic individual to join our fast growing company. Applicants should enjoy working outdoors and being part of a winning team!
Valid clean driver's license required. Willingness to obtain Massachusetts pesticide license prior to employment is required.
Competitive wage as well as production bonuses and sales commissions . Work week is Monday to Friday with 6:00 am start time.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Must be able to lift 50 lb bags
- Minimum two years experience required
- Current or previous possession of Massachusetts Pesticide License
Description
- Daily roll out of technical staff - coaching and training through the season
- Ensure technician follow company guidelines for uniform and vehicle cleanliness
- Routine maintenance of spreaders and machinery
- Production and Sales Deliverable
- Quality Control of Services provided by technical staff following company guidelines
- Completion of onsite customer inspections, communicating with the customers the needs of their lawns
- Manage budgeted numbers for product usage and technician calibration daily
- Other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet company goals
This is a professional lawn care position requiring a neat appearance
