What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Apprentice position at Weed Man Lawn Care?
POSITION DETAILS:
Spring/Summer/Fall -- Lawn Care Apprentice
- Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
- Upsell existing and generate new customers in the field
- Communicate with customers diligently to facilitate excellent feedback
- Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3pm (varies throughout the season)
- $18 / Hr for training, $20 /Hr average, $30 / Hr top performers,
- Production based pay

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to reliably commute to work

We are looking to fill our paid, lawn care apprentice position. There is no experience necessary for this position, as we provide paid training for all aspects.
