Entry Level Marketing Representative

If you enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers, and being part of a supportive team, this opportunity is for you!

We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $20/h sales commission, with current representatives averaging $22–$27/h. We provide paid training and a clear career path for advancement — no experience necessary. If you work hard and can handle more leadership responsibilities, we will have other plans for you. Many of our leaders began their careers in this role.

Responsibilities: There are 2 seasons to the job to make this a full-time, permanent position.

From October to April: Marketing and Promotions

• Work from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays as required by the Branch Managers.
• Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential neighborhoods this season.
• Conduct outdoor lead generation by making a short introduction of Weed Man services to homeowners.
• No selling is involved; simply ask whether the customers might be interested in getting a free lawn care quote from us.
• If the customer agrees and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered a lead!
• The customers do not have to pay for anything at the door.

From April to October: Lawn Care Technician

• If you are interested in working with us as a lawn care technician (applying products to the customers’ lawns), you can stay and work from April to October to make this a full-time position. Working hours: 6:00 am to around 3:00 pm.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Strong communication (verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
• Must be physically fit since you would be walking a lot in the winter conditions
• Not mandatory, but having a driver's license would be an asset
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Must be available to work on Saturday as required by the Branch Managers
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
