We are a licensed cannabis dispensary in New York committed to providing a premium, compliant, and customer-focused experience. We’re looking for a knowledgeable and reliable Budtender who is already familiar with Dutchie POS and understands the fast-paced dispensary environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection based on needs and preferences
- Operate the Dutchie POS system for transactions, online orders, and pickups
- Maintain compliance with New York State cannabis regulations
- Verify customer IDs and ensure legal sales
- Keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Educate customers on products including flower, edibles, vapes, and concentrates
- Support inventory management and daily store operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Budtender or in a cannabis dispensary
- Hands-on experience using Dutchie POS (required)
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and effects
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be 21 and legally eligible to work in New York
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume retail environments
- Familiarity with New York cannabis compliance regulations
- Passion for cannabis education and customer experience
