We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Manager to lead Weebit's digital marketing and demand generation activities. Reporting to the Corporate Communication Director, this role will drive digital visibility, audience engagement, and pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, content activation, SEO/GEO, marketing automation, social media, and analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, business development, technical experts, and external partners to help expand Weebit's reach across the global semiconductor ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
- Drive digital demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs that increase awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Develop and execute SEO, GEO, content distribution, and social media strategies that improve discoverability and strengthen Weebit's industry presence.
- Manage marketing platforms, website performance, analytics, reporting, and marketing operations infrastructure to support data-driven decision making.
- Activate and amplify technical content, webinars, product launches, and partner initiatives across digital channels.
- Lead digital advertising, YouTube, and multimedia marketing programs to expand audience reach and engagement.
- Partner closely with sales, business development, technical teams, and external stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives and go-to-market priorities.
What we need to see
- 7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B technology marketing
- Experience in semiconductors, electronics, embedded systems, AI hardware, enterprise technology, or related technical industries
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, analytics, lead generation, and marketing performance measurement
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality content for technical and business audiences
- Strong fluency with modern AI-assisted tools and platforms for content creation, graphics, video, digital marketing, and workflow optimization
- Highly organized with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
