- Provide individualized support to meet each child's individual needs
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is preferred.
- Coachable with implementing educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages.
- Ability to take direction well for behavior management techniques and strategies for promoting positive behavior in young learners.
