Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary along with a performance-based compensation model. Total annual compensation is driven by clinical production and quality incentives, with top-tier providers earning $450,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions in children

Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
