Wee Care Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, dependable, and friendly Medical Scheduler to join our team!
This position plays an important role in keeping our therapists’ schedules running smoothly and making sure our families have a great experience with Wee Care.
What you’ll do:
• Manage and maintain patient and therapist schedules
• Schedule evaluations and ongoing therapy appointments
• Communicate with families regarding scheduling needs and changes
• Coordinate with therapists and our administrative team
• Manage cancellations, reschedules, and openings
• Help keep schedules full and identify opportunities to fill open appointment times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to families
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing a busy, changing schedule
• A strong communicator by phone, text, and email
• Dependable and able to follow through
• Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving
• Positive, professional, and patient with families
• Experienced in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, or a similar role preferred
Experience in a pediatric therapy or medical office is a plus, but we’re most interested in finding someone who is proactive, organized, and a great fit for our team.
