Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children of various ages. This role involves supervising Staff, Marketing the program, billing, Maintaining the facility to State and Company standards.
Duties
- Supervise and engage Staff in working with the children registered to the program.
- Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide Staff for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding all children's progress and any concerns.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols.
- Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with Staff and Families to provide a nurturing environment for all Children in our Care.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare Management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom development, Preschool, toddler care practices and early childhood education principles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial; certification is a plus.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is highly valued.
- A passion for educating and nurturing young minds is essential.
- Associates Degree, CDA, or CPL 3 rating required.
