Duties
- Assist other teachers in implementing lesson plans
- Support classroom management and behavior regulation to create a safe, respectful learning environment
- Supervise children during classroom activities, large motor time, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement
- Communicate effectively with team members and parents
- Utilize educational technologies and computers to support interactive learning experiences
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified
- Demonstrated ability to supervise children responsibly while fostering a nurturing atmosphere
