Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of toddlers.
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary.
Requirements
- Prior experience in childcare, preschool teaching, or daycare environments with toddlers preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Experience with classroom management, behavior management, and caregiving techniques for young children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to create engaging activities that support learning through play.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine passion for nurturing young children’s growth.
