What are the responsibilities and job description for the Produce Clerk position at Wedowee?
Produce Clerks are responsible for the proper stocking and rotation of merchandise in the produce and floral department, including trimming, watering and merchandising of products to ensure fresh, high quality offerings. They are responsible for proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability. The answer questions from customer about produce and floral products and help increase sales by recommending additional items to customers.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Must be able to frequently lift 35 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School education preferred, or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
