WeDoBathroomsLLC is a rapidly growing, high-end Design & Build General Construction firm specializing in luxury bathroom and interior renovations across South Florida. As we continue to scale, we are looking to bring on a talented Interior Designer who can help us elevate our in-house design experience and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Role Overview
You will work directly with clients and our internal team to take projects from concept to completion—capturing the client’s vision and transforming it into a fully executable design.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs
- Develop design concepts that align with WeDoBathroomsLLC’s standards and client expectations
- Create detailed SketchUp models and 3D renderings
- Produce mood boards and assist with finish selections
- Handle material sourcing and procurement coordination
- Perform spatial planning and layout optimization
- Assist with field verification and design implementation
- Ensure all design selections align with Florida code compliance and build feasibility
- Collaborate closely with project managers, trades, and leadership to execute designs accurately
Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp (required)
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and spatial planning
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients
- Experience creating mood boards, renderings, and material selections
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials is a strong plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
