What You’ll Do
- Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components
- Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation)
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Support material handling and positioning (training provided)
- Conduct visual weld checks and report defects
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- 0-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
- Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) or trade school training.
- Experience with cranes or rigging (training provided).
- Basic knowledge of weld symbols or fabrication processes.
