What You’ll Do as RN MDS Coordinator:
- Complete and submit MDS assessments (MDS 3.0) accurately and on time
- Coordinate interdisciplinary input for care plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Optimize reimbursement under PDPM through accurate coding
- Audit clinical documentation and educate staff as needed
- Monitor quality measures and support performance improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in NJ
- MDS experience
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
