Assist in preparing and serving meals according to residents’ dietary needs and preferences
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with food preparation, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation
Follow food safety and infection control guidelines
Support residents during mealtimes and provide excellent customer service
Work closely with the dietary team to ensure quality meal service
Previous dietary, food service, or kitchen experience preferred
Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Genuine passion for serving seniors and creating a positive dining experience
