**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the multiple companies financial records, including payroll, account reconciliation and financial reports. Companies include two country clubs and one small airport.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of accounting including AP, AR, payroll and general ledger accounting
- Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using Quickbooks and Excel
- Ensure compliance with NJ Wage and Hour Laws and Unemployment / Disability Claims
- Understanding of NJ Sales Tax and Payroll Tax Filings
- Utilize Quickbooks Desktop accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct regular account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting procedures and principles
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop accounting software and Excel Spreadsheets
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with all employees, vendors and customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
