The Onsite Merchandiser is responsible for optimizing the user experience (UX) and onsite merchandising strategy across company platforms to drive revenue growth by maximizing conversion rates. This individual contributor role will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance site performance, ensure brand consistency and deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience.
What you'll do:
- Execute onsite merchandising strategies in partnership with the VP of eCommerce to support business objectives and sales goals.
- Analyze web analytics and performance data to identify and implement opportunities that improve conversion, average order value (AOV), and customer engagement.
- Manage onsite content including category pages, product detail pages, homepages, and promotional landing pages to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand standards.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop and execute digital campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Lead ongoing UX testing and site optimization efforts, leveraging A/B testing and analytics tools to measure and refine site changes.
- Monitor site metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain expertise in digital merchandising best practices, competitor strategies, and emerging eCommerce trends.
- Ensure cohesive execution and user experience across both Wedgewood and Blue Rabbit platforms.

- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising, preferably within a health-related company (human or animal).
- Demonstrated success in improving online conversion and revenue through UX and merchandising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent.
- Experience with A/B testing and site optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, Monetate, Dynamic Yield).
- Proficient in eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Knowledge of SEO and its influence on online merchandising performance
