What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Facilities Associate position at Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC?
The Temporary Facilities Associate will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of tasks as we open our new Chandler facility. This is a temporary role ideal for someone who is organized, flexible, and comfortable jumping into a range of activities — from assembling furniture to coordinating vendor access. You’ll be the right-hand support to our leadership team on site and play an important part in helping us get the facility up and running.
When will you work?
- The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm
What you’ll do:
- Assemble and install equipment, racking, shelving, carts, and furniture
- Hang whiteboards, bulletin boards, signs, and other wall-mounted items
- Serve as the point of contact to let in vendors, contractors, and delivery drivers
- Escort visitors and vendors while on-site as needed
- Support day-to-day setup tasks in coordination with the site leadership team
- Help prepare for and support meetings (e.g., room setup, minor tech support, refreshments)
- Keep work areas tidy and organized
- Run errands or source materials/supplies locally, if needed (mileage reimbursed)
- Perform other general facility support duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Strong hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
- Professional and courteous in working with external vendors and internal team members
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and light assembly
- Prior facility support, setup, construction, or general labor experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working in an active construction or facility setup environment
- Experience with using appropriate PPE

- Use of appropriate PPE to complete certain activities; e.g. gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
