We are looking for a Property Manager for our community in Greenville, NC. To provide administrative and operations support necessary to ensure we provide quality and excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication and strong administrative skills.
Requirements
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
- Process prospective tenant applications
- Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
- Experience in HUD required
- Property management experience minimum 2 years
- File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and RealPage software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
