We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Tire Manager to lead and oversee our growing industrial tire division. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional service for our industrial customers across multiple tire categories.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the industrial tire division, including forklift, OTR (off-the-road), and agricultural tires
- Ensure timely processing of tire pressing and foam filling to meet customer and operational deadlines
- Manage relationships with in-house industrial customers, including order intake, pricing, and quoting
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, especially for forklift tires, to ensure product availability
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order and replenish stock as needed
- Streamline workflows and improve efficiency across tire processing and service operations
- Experience in industrial tires, including forklift, OTR, or agricultural segments
- Hands-on or sales experience with foam filling and/or tire pressing preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and requests
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Direct experience working with forklift tires or foam-filled tire applications
