Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters
- Conduct repairs involving welding, electrical work, and mechanical adjustments to restore equipment functionality promptly
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose complex problems accurately
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using written maintenance tickets
- Oversee facilities maintenance tasks including preparing apartments for new residents, HVAC repairs, and general building upkeep
- Collaborate with team members to plan maintenance schedules that align with production needs while minimizing disruptions
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters
- Hands-on welding skills for repair and fabrication tasks
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English across diverse teams
