Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Source and manage prospective clients
- Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Colleagues
- Supervise Prime Broker activities and resolve issues as they arise
- Develop, nurture, and cultivate existing client relations
- Develop a personal style which supplements our current offerings
- Grow revenue through cross selling initiatives (i.e. research, trading, etc.)
- Meet with industry vendors (fund administrators, accountants, etc.) and establish referral network
- Help brand Wedbush Prime in the investment community
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Finance, or related field
- FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, 57, 9/10 or equivalent
- 5 years of Securities Industry experience
- 3 years of Prime Brokerage experience, preferably in management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively and independently under supervision and tight deadlines
- Must be free thinker, self-starter, and comfortable in a team environment
