Position Overview
We are looking for a rockstar Account Executive candidate who has relative outside sales
experience in closing sales deals. The successful candidate is able to generate sales leads to
bring on new clients and maintain and grow relationships with existing ones. This candidate will
be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal membership solution with
Wed Society® | Austin. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a
positive track record of exceeding goals. This role is a great fit for someone who is early in their sales career with basic outside sales fundamentals mastered and looking for continued personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting, building a full pipeline, and closing membership contracts with new accounts
- Conducts effective virtual & in-person meetings with accounts to close deals
- Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction through strong relationships to ensure long-term success
- Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices
- Strong client service relationship-building skills
- Proven work experience as successful Business Development Rep, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication (verbal, written & presentation), negotiation, and closing skills
- Independent; self-motivated; competitive; resilient
- Proficient in customer relationship management software such as Hubspot
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
Position is Salary Commission. Account executive will work from home with in-person client visits regularly in the marketplace and occasional additional travel outside of the market for special events.
