Opportunity Overview: Electrical Project Manager – 12 Month Contract

On-site Palisades Nuclear Plant in Covert, MI.

The Electrical Project Manager oversees electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications, requiring a blend of technical knowledge and management skills. This position is based at the Palisades Nuclear Plant in Covert, MI. You will report to the Site Manager.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Project Planning and Management: Electrical Project Managers are responsible for planning and directing electrical projects as part of larger construction efforts. This includes developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.

• Coordinate with electricians, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects at the Palisades Nuclear Plant in Covert, MI.

• Responsible for delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating collaboration among team members.

• Maintaining communication with clients, contractors, and partners is crucial.

• Present progress reports, manage relationships, and ensure that project requirements are met.

• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and legal regulations is a critical part of the role.

• Must stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements.

Who You Are:

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.

• Additional certifications in project management can be beneficial.

• 5 years of previous management experience in electrical projects, along with an understanding of electrical systems and construction processes is required.

• Understand electrical systems, project management methodologies, and industry standards is necessary.

• Must have team management experience to manage teams and projects.

• The ability to identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them is important for project success.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85.00/hour to $90.00/hour.
