What You'll Do
Outreach & Business Acquisition:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard women-owned businesses across India
- Drive registrations onto WECommunity - Build and maintain a certification pipeline
- Guide businesses through certification journey
- Increase certification-ready and certified businesses
- Track pipeline progress
- Deliver workshops, webinars, and mentoring
- Provide advisory support
- Strengthen business readiness
- Build partnerships with industry associations, incubators, financial institutions, and government agencies
- Expand outreach
- Promote participation in programs - Support connections to market opportunities
- Maintain records of registrations and pipeline
- Track outcomes and success stories
- Monthly pipeline report
- Outreach tracker
- Event summaries
- Partnership tracker
- Monthly performance report
- 8–10 years in business development or MSME ecosystem
- Strong network in India
- Experience with entrepreneurs preferred
- Project and stakeholder management experience
