POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Field Operations plays a critical leadership role in supporting and scaling installation, repair, maintenance, and service delivery operations across Arizona. This leader will drive operational consistency, contractor performance, customer experience, safety compliance, and scalable growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

•         5 years of telecommunications, broadband, utilities, infrastructure, or field operations leadership experience

•         Experience leading installation, repair, fulfillment, or maintenance operations

•         Strong contractor/vendor management experience

•         KPI reporting, operational analytics, and process improvement expertise

•         Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

•         Advanced Excel and reporting proficiency

•         Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred:

•         FTTH/Broadband experience

•         Multi-market operations leadership

•         Knowledge of utility locates, drop bury, and field quality programs

•         Experience with Gaiia, Sitetracker, Jira, Tableau, or Power BI

•         Experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for business productivity
