Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healingAssure all therapy is delivered in accordance with an established plan of careProvide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregiversMonitor patient response to treatment interventionComplete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulationsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseValid State qualifying license or certification.Experience in skilled nursing environment is preferred.New graduates are welcome.Ability to communicate and instruct effectively.Hands on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities.
