Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all major repairs of the building.
- Conduct repairs of equipment.
- Responsible for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC repairs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience.
- Ability to work within a long-term care nursing facility.
