This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Physical Therapist located in Franklin, PA. The Licensed Physical Therapist will assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, setting goals, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patients’ progress. Collaboration with healthcare staff, documentation, and patient education are integral parts of this role.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Strong skills in patient evaluation and goal setting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- CPR certification and adherence to safety protocols
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or with senior populations is a plus
- Ability to effectively work in a collaborative, team-focused environment
