WeCare Centers at Sugar Creek Care Center is hiring an RN Unit Manager for our community in Franklin, PA.
Are you a licensed nurse looking to lead, inspire, and make a real impact in long-term care? We’re seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations, guide nursing staff, and deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you’ll play a key role in care planning, admissions, clinical documentation, infection control, and quality improvement—while advocating for resident dignity, safety, and choice. Also responsible for:
- Coordinating and evaluating resident care
- Mentoring licensed and non-licensed staff
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Active RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills
- Passion for resident-centered care, including dementia care
- Experience or interest in long-term care or skilled nursing
